All orders are shipped UPS regular ground. Please NO PO Boxes for shipping addresses. After your order is received every effort will be made to ship it within 48 hours on business days. If payment is with money order or check, your order will be shipped when payment has cleared (allow up to 4 weeks).

Return Policy

Merchandise can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund. Merchandise returned in good, original condition will receive a full purchase price refund. Merchandise that is not defective or damaged when you receive it and returned in damaged or unsatisfactory condition will be subject to a 25% reduced refund. All returns must be packaged in the original packing boxes using reasonable care to protect the merchandise from damage during shipment. Please consider insuring your return. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Original shipping charges are refundable. If the merchandise is not defective, damaged or in error when you receive it, you are responsible to pay the cost to return it. If you made your purchase with a credit card, a credit will be applied to your account within 48-72 hours. If you made your purchase with a check or money order, allow ten days for a refund check to reach you. Credits for personal checks will be issued after the check has cleared.
